Q. Do you ship Nationwide?
A. Yes, We do ship nationwide. You just have to place your order thru our Webstore. You can also message us thru our Facebook page for further assistance.
Q. How much it costs for shipping fee?
A. Standard shipping fee will be P 150.00
Q. What exactly are your partner couriers?
A. We will deliver your order via Gogo Express and LBC since we offer COD payment. Take note that we will choose our courier depend on the recipient location.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. You can track your orders by using Gogo Express and LBC tracking tool. Just enter your tracking number and it will display the status of your order.
Q. What is the delivery time?
A. Nationwide delivery schedules are as follows: 3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial delivery addresses (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one's control). Items coming from any province to any destination will be covered by the 5-7 day provincial schedule. Some areas will have delays due to restrictions caused by Covid-19 pandemic.

All sales are final although we can exchange items ONLY if Items have factory defects upon delivery or the size, color or item delivered was wrong. Make sure you have photo of the item, and the tag is still intact and unattached from the item. We will gladly exchange the product for a new one but only if the item is available, if it is out of stock, you will be refunded.
Shipping cost will be charged to the customer for all qualified returns/exchange.
When ordering, please ensure to double check all shipping information. We are not responsible for shipments that do not make it to their location due to false shipping information. If you do so enter the wrong shipping information, contact us within 24 hours of placing orders.
